About Sun State HOA

Sun State HOA started over a Fourth-of-July weekend at Lake of the Ozarks. While relaxing with family, our founder Todd Schilling—a 25-year SaaS engineer now based in St Louis—was asked by his father to build a simple website for their Naples condominium association. What looked like a one-off favor turned into a bigger discovery:

Recognizing that hundreds of "small-to-mid-size" condos now need an affordable, easy solution, Todd created Sun State HOA—a turnkey platform that any board can launch in minutes, no technical background required. His father's association became the first beta customer; the public rollout soon followed.
